When you feel like stepping out, just beyond the Lodge the landscape rises gently — offering a quiet shift in perspective. Earl Hill Conservation Park moves between woodland, rainforest and open coastal views.
Walk early, walk slowly or not far at all — each trail unfolding at your pace.
Trinity Beach Lookout.
- via Cycad Palm Track
A shorter return walk through distinctive cycad groves, opening out to views across the Coral Sea. Best taken at an easy pace, with time to stop along the way.
Allow 50 minutes return to trailhead. Facilities located at Half Moon Bay Beach carpark.

A more gradual climb through bushland, leading to expansive views over Double Island, Buchan Point and the coastline beyond.

A connected route linking forest to shoreline — a longer, more immersive walk that finishes at the water’s edge.
